Hi all drop your suggestions here to help me improve the site. Constructive criticism is more than welcome.

I would reccomend adding a PM bar to NeoLotr (I can give you the coding for one via email if you wish)

I think, closing down threads after they get to a certain amount of pages. Some are up to 13 or 14, and it can be rather daunting for newbies to see all that. Also, the same in kingdoms. Having to read all them to understand what is happening takes a lot of time. I have some codes you might like also. You can customise kingdom images and colors. Also, you can add information text boxes at the top or bottum of any board. I'd be happy to help you with any coding or graphics (I design pictures), or advertising for the site.

Just as a random preference guy, I advise you to accept Austin's help, as he's damn good at this sort of thing. He helps me on my proboards things all the time, and the ones he has are way beyond that of a normal one.

I agree with Ikali's general idea, an archive might be a good idea, and it would encourage members to post more, and rulers to start more new threads. Rulers would be able to tell when a thread is finished with, and could then move it to the archive. Its done on many other sites very effectively, and i reckon it would be a good idea here.

I suggested an archive myself about five months ago

Well then even more reason for it to be considered.

I still think an archive of old threads, a complete start of new threads in each kingdom, to make the site look less old and unactive, and make it seem more proffesional. Suited with the revamp of graphics thanks to Austin, I think it would really sort a few problems out.

Personally I'd like to add voice to this argument. With an archive system we could concentrate on matters at hand whilst in the forums, and then, when somebody has a few hours to spare, they can ream through the, almost endless, pages of good RP, and pluck out bits of history therein. With archiving, individual threads would be based more on a particular time, than on a particular place. I think it would be a good idea, and not terribly time-consuming or difficult. And I agree with Tinaldor; it would complement the work that Austin has done on the coding marvelously.
