Tinaldor stood again, looking Procneus deep in the eyes. Taking a deep breath, he spoke with competence and guile. "Procneus, I will admitdly say that I dont care much for you and your kingdoms. To me humans are a plague. However, this is not the time to hold grudges against one another. You may think you are safe in your own little sphere of the world, but if you do not stand with us, you and yours shall surely fall. And your stuborness may even be the cause of the fall of everthing on this Middle-Earth. You cannot afford to be stuborn any longer. In this fight, every soldier will count, whether Elf, Dark Elf, Human, Orc, or Wizard. We all need to stand together. Surely you can see this?!"

Let us hope, Procneus, that your stubborn heart will not be the downfall of your people, and should you side with us, your people would not necessarily fall under direct leadership of Tinaldor, as each kingdom shall serve it's own role. There will be minute battles, as well as major ones, the latter will require the combined efforts of all our troops, while the former will provide less casualties if fought in small groups.

Ara listened from the hallway her head still in her hands.she was trembling violently as she leaned against the wall.she forced herself to relax as she stood against the wall her hands rubbing her barely showing belly, she felt slightly ill but that was from the pregnancy.she wiped her cheeks and tried to regain her composure again.

*Lady Melkora rushes into the room trying to catch her breath and looks around at all the grim faces that great her. The whole company of rulers looked so...crestfallen.* "I apologize for my lateness. I was in my chambers practicing my sword stances and lost track of the time. Why is everyone so very grim? *Goes over to Tinaldor and puts a hand lightly on his shoulder* "What troubles you my love? I have not seen your brows knit in such a way since for quite a while. What presence threatens us? It will not threaten me. I laugh at anything or anyone who believes that they can withstand all the rulers of this Middle Earth. So why do you seem so worried? If all of us work in unison we are infallible. Please love, share my confidence. You are like a shadow today!"

Tinaldor smiled slightly, his brow still furrowed he turned his head and kissed Melkora's hand. "My dear I would share your confidence, if all rulers were to stand in unity, but it is not so. Procneus will not join us. Alas! .... I cannot convince him, it his decision. " He sat down hurriedly, his brow still furrowed, showing how antognised he was.

*BP kissed Tinaldor's forehead lightly and then turned a stony faced expression to Procneus* "Procneus! Do you think yourself so far above all the other leaders of this Middle Earth that you will not join our cause? You are a strong warrior and your men are good soldiers and hardy followers. Do you wish to make yourself astranged from the rest of us? Do you really think that you will survive if you go at it alone? Are you so proud that you will not accept aid nor aid anyone else's cause? Come now Procneus, I took you for a smarter and better man than that."

*turns to BP, shakes his head and said* And I took you for a smarter person. This is the person that heartlessly slaughtered millions of people, and even if that is in the past, it does not in any way make it OK for me to just put my troops under his command. I don't think myself better than any of you, so don't you even think about trying to accuse me of pride, I assure you that you would be horribly mistaken to do so. *turns back to gandalf* I will join you if my men are under my direction. And I will not lead them into a battle unless I know I can win it, otherwise I am not going to just give up my men. I honestly don't see why we need one main leader when we are all good with battles. We can all be strong together, not just following one leader.
I will, however, stick to my guns. My people are not following him *motions to tinalodor* into battle.

*BP stomped towards Procneus and gave him the eye.* " Why come to this council if you will not aid it? You are too proud! Stop it! We want to win this war don't we? That means EVERYONE should be involved. Support us Procneus do not simply persue your own interests. If I or any of the other members of this council were to do so it would be our downfall. And it will be your downfall too! Put your pride to the side! Have faith in your fellow leaders."

*Stands up and looks her in the eye* This isn't a pride thing, are you that ignorant and nieve not to notice? I came to this council because there was something pressing we needed to know about. Now I know, and no, I don't want to help. I'm not joining forces with that heartless murderer. If you lose the war, I'm very sorry, but I won't join forces with him. You are being stupid BP, and I am telling you now to stop telling me what I should or should not do, you have no idea, don't act like you do.

*BP's face flared into a rage* "How dare you proclaim ME as stupid! If you want to die than go and die! Without a joint effort that's all that will happen to you Procneus! At least back Gandalf's troops! That way you will have no direct contact with my tyrannous husband. He has lost an arm to pay the debt of your sufferings, and he will lose more still with this war. Isn't that enough to bury the strife between the two of you? If it is not, leave now. You will receive no backing from me nor my husband if you leave."

Aerianeth couldn't take it any longer. She stood up quickly and banged both fists on the table. "PLEASE!" Silence filled the room at Aerianeth's sudden outburst. She calmed herself before speaking. "Please, we need to keep our tempers under control. We need to forgot the past and concentrate on the future. Without allegiance, there is no future. I don't expect to change your mind, Procneus, but you must think of the bigger picture. Would you rather be destroyed, all your men, all your women, and all your children? Rohan, completely destroyed? Or couldn't you just put beside your petty differences and destroy this terrible enemy. If you still decide that you cannot follow Tinaldor's orders then you might as well leave. You cannot be involved if you're not willing to make sacrifices." With that, she sat down silently, her gaze switching from Tinaldor to BP.

Tinaldor laughed slightly from his seat, not standing this time. "You do me a favour Procneus. You have just wiped your pittiful country off the map without me having to lift a sword. What I hoped to do, you have done yourself. Go and die the death you have assigned yourself." He stood up again. "In your own naeivity, you cannot look past those I have killed. There was still a future for Rohan after I killed those people. There would still be a future for Rohan if you had join us. Rohan has no future, if you do not. I did not ask you to serve me, all I asked is that you will take council with me, suggest strategies, which, having fought against you I know are not to be laughed about, and I know you are a strong warrior. Your sword alongside ours would have make a huge difference, as much as I dislike admiting it... I'm a murderer, yes I massacred many of your woman and children, and no I dont feel guilt about it either. But if this is some sad strange way of getting your revenge on me, then so be it. Like I said, go die in the death you have chosen." He pointed towards the chamber door, beckoning to Procneus to leave.

Ara looked at Austin and came into his arms laying her head against his shoulder.she shook her head."no.I am not love."she felt more tears coming down her cheeks and whispered:"it is so foolish Austin.so stupid. I cannot take this right now.not between everything happening.I am seeing the very same things I have before.death, blood, and the same fears..all over again..I can't take this..it is too much...but I have to.."she broke down into further tears at that point.she was afraid.she had no problems admitting it.

*Procneus stands up* My decision is this. I will fight alongside you, I will aid you in battles, my riders will fight against this enemy. But they are under my control, I make the calls with my men. I can help with strategies, and planning, but I have the final say where my troops go. If we are all going to die, I'm not going to have our blood on the hands of Tinaldor, seeing as I would rather fight the enemy alone than fight following orders of Tinaldor. *Procneus gets up and leaves the room*
