As you walk around the shire, you notice a prominent building, and curiously you head towards it. Going through the door just big enough for a hobbit, you find yourself in a large empty room with a few desks, some chairs and a whole wall of books. You noticed that there was a fire in the fireplace even though it was spring, and Rosie was sitting at the desk nearby, reading a rather thick book. Hearing you, she looked up and smiled. "Welcome to the Mayor's office. Sam is currently out, but feel free to approach me if you have any queries or suggestions to help improve the shire. Meanwhile, please come and enjoy the fire and the books. There is also toast and tea in case you're feeling a little nibblish."
Yep, here's the mayor's office, here you may:
-meet the mayor and mayorness of the shire
-suggest ideas for the shire
-ask the mayor and mayorness questions
