Tinaldor smiled, noticing her jealousy, and walking up to her, he whispered in her ear.
"You have no need to be jealous my dear. You get much more then just a simple dance from me...."
Kissing her ear, he grinned, then turning to Duvessa, he offered her his hand.
"Shall we?"

Ara watched Tinaldor and Duvessa,still in Austin's arms she smiled at watching the activity of the people dancing and laughing in the ball room.she had come so far in the past year here.it would be a year and a-half next month.she remembered what had happened when she had come here and the wars since she had come back to Rivendell and met Maeglin where everything had started.she'd felt the child within her growing daily and knew it wouldn't be an easy birth this time.she was too slim hipped and she knew this child would be big by the way she was growing.but she was loved by Ara.

Ara smiled at Austin and kissed him on the lips softly and said quietly to him:"and I will try not to make the birth too hard for you.but when the time comes it will come.."she gently put her hand over his and enjoyed being in his arms."but for now let us abandon worries and sorrows and have fun."she grinned at him mischieviously.

Ara smiled and then pulled two rings out of the concealed pocket in her sleeve and said softly:"I have something for you my love."she took his hand in hers and closed it over the first ring.the second she handed to him and said softly:"I made those a little while back.they are not very good but I do hope they work for engagement rings.since we haven't told the other rulers yet..."she looked at him her eyes holding all of her love.

Ara blushed slightly,it showed on her pale cheeks."I am glad you like them.they were the first ones I did."she gently took his ring and slipped it onto his finger.a genuine smile on her face and in her eyes."now shall we tell them?"she murmured softly into his ear.
