Ara smiled weakly and laid her aching head against his shoulder."I am glad to be alive.if not for Tinaldor I wouldn't be..once again I owe him my life and our debts whatever they were are payed."she spoke softly.cuddled up against him one arm over her aching stomach and sides.

Ara's eyes filled with slight tears and she raised her head from his shoulder to meet his eyes in a loving gaze and whispered:"I wont leave you.I need and love you too much to do that.I had no control over what happened tonight and as a result I nearly got myself killed..." she shivered and softly began to cry."I hate this!I hate everything about this war."she sobbed."I dont want to fight.I want to live in a semi-peaceful place.with you and my children.but that option is denied me..I gave everything I had to this war and have given everything I am able..but still it demands more..."Aroura...you can't stop this war from happening.you know it.I know it my sister.we both do..take what you have and live. live for everything you are able to.you freed me and father.dont blame yourself for our deaths.just live.Ara heard her brothers voice in her head,gentled and soothing and suddenly she stopped shaking.and through her tears realized she had indeed saved them from what they'd done.she felt no joy in it..but a sense of strange comfort.

Austin held her close and gazed back into her eyes, he put a hand on her cheek gently

he kissed her forehead as she began to cry
"I hate it too hun but there is no choice, when this war is over, we can declare neutrality and relax in our own peace, but until then we have no choice"

Ara's muscles relaxed at his touch and she felt her tears easing.she was tired and still halfway ill but she felt a little better to have Austin with her and to be able to hear his words to her.she went almost limp but managed to keep her head up and gazing into his eyes.she spoke softly:"let's go back into the other room now..I think Tinaldor and I need to speak about Bel'..."

Ara took his hand gently then swayed slightly on her feet as her head throbbed.she recovered her balance slightly then and opened the door to the outer room.

Ara gently touched Austin's hand and smiled wanly at him.grateful to him for many things tonight.she loved him more than ever for that.
Belgron came running into her arms and she picked him up in them and hugged him tight.
"Mama!" she smiled then ruffled his hair again.she looked at Tinaldor and a small smile curved her lips as she walked forward."I think I owe you my thanks Tinaldor.for coming with me and saving my life.I also think once again that we are even."she laughed softly.

"Tinaldor, you will remember what i said about Ara getting hurt?"
he deliberately left a menacing pause
"In light of your actions i think my oath can remain unfullfilled"
he grinned to relieve the tension
"I am in your debt, without Ara i dont know what i would do"
