Well so much for General Psychology today. Our teacher is gone at a conference today, so we were supposed to have a guest speaker (also a teacher from the psy deparement) come in and talk about adult hood and ageing. He didn't show up!! The class waited about 20 min, then we decided that we weren't going to wait anymore. So everyone signed a sheet of paper that said we showed up and waited but he never showed, and that our assignments were stapled to the back. LOL, never had that happen before. You think that in college a speaker, or teacher for that matter, would be on time....

happens in our college quite often - we have a 10 minute rule, if the teacher doesn't turn up when the lesson has been going 10 mins, we are allowed to leave

it gets counted as a cancelled lesson anyway so there's no point signing the sheet

I wouldn't have waited 20 minutes, I would have been out of there at 10, but unfortunately I'm still in High School, so it would have been both futile and against the rules to walk out of class...
