of course it would! Can't smoke a pipe without the weed (whoa, that woulda sounded wrong in RL). *pulls out some pipeweed and inserts it into his pipe and starts puffing* MMM... good solid stuff. Its obviously from the shire, nowhere else to get the best pipeweed.
